Every day we fumble through our experiences growing from our successes and failures. That's what "Fumbling thru the Pieces" is all about. The characters in "Fumbling" are reflections of us in our own reality.
Jesse (Kelsey Robinson) fumbles through her troubled marriage. In picking up the pieces, she leaves her husband and the Buckeye state in her rear-view mirror finding refuge with her sister Ellie (Hillary B. Smith) in Burbank, California.
Ellie has had her own share of fumbling. She's left the corporate world in search of her true self. Vince, (Robert Maffia) Ellie's husband is that blue collar guy who helps Ellie put the pieces of her
life back together.
As much as they are from two different worlds, they have found common ground, even though it's tested from time to time. Vince doesn't realize Jesse is about to be a semi-permanent house guest to his already estrogen
drenched version of Ellie's world.
Outside of Vince, Ellie's world is dominated by girl power. Barb (Tara Chocol-Joyce) is Ellie's best friend who thrives in the chaos of Ellie's eccentricities. But Barb has eccentricities of her own which present obvious
challenges to their relationship. Despite those challenges, they're kindred spirits of "the third kind". Rounding out the estrogen trilogy which has surrounded Vince is Shara, (Diane Delano) a mixed bag of warm and
fuzzy, dare-devil, friend and neighbor with shades of earth tones that envelope her interesting life. Even in the closest of friendships there are secrets. Shara has at least one juicy secret which could
raise more than eyebrows. Standing at the edge of the collective chaos is Stella, (Kitty Swink) the shrewd, no nonsense business woman who plays a huge part of Shara's life in more ways than one.
The way Stella "manages" things have a direct effect on all the women in Vince's life. Just when you think you have it all figured out...think again.
